As your lifestyle coach, I will provide you with the following:

Personalized Diet:

  • Based on your goals and dietary restrictions, I will specifically customize a meal plan to get you the results you want.
  • Your meal plan will include specific macros for your height and weight.
  • You will have a “Food List” specifying which foods are okay to consume in order to reach your goal.

(We want to create a new lifestyle and better eating habits as well as getting you the body you want!) 

Workouts:

  • Whether you’re a beginner or expert, I will create a custom workout with reps and sets included, to help reach your goals! Some of these workouts will be challenging, but that’s when we start to see change!

Check Ins:

  • Check ins will take place every week.
  • Adjustments to workouts and macros will be made as needed, per your check ins.
  • I am available via email for support throughout your journey!
